1 1/2 cup Rice
1 1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup milk
1 can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
12 oz Frozen Mix Vegetable (peas, carrot, green beans, corn)
6 Chicken Thighs
1 Black Pepper
1 medium Weber's Beer Can Chicken Seasoning


Oven Preheat - 375 Get and spray a 13x9 Casserole Dish Spread rice on bottom of dish Add Water, Milk, and Soup to Rice and stir. Make sure its even in the pan. Add Frozen Vegetables Place Chicken in pan (take skin off if you like) Black Pepper to taste Sprinkle Beer Can Seasoning until Chicken looks lightly breaded, get some in the rice too. cover with aluminium foil cook for an hour covered, then 15 min uncovered
