Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies
Ingredients:

200 g butter, melted
2 cups self-rising flour
34 cup brown sugar
34 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
12 cup cocoa
12 cup glace cherries
12 cup chocolate chips
12 cup chopped hazelnuts

Instruction:

Beat butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients, then mix well. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls, place approximately 5cm apart on a greased tray. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until firm. Allow biscuits to stand for 5 minutes, before cooling on wire racks.
