Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Salted Butter, Room Temperature
2 whole Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1- 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons Salt
3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together sugars and butter until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Slowly add to the creamed butter mixture, mixing well. Slowly stir in oats and chips. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
