100 grams Fresh okara
1 tbsp Sake
3 tbsp Yakiniku sauce
1 Juice from grated ginger
1 small amount Finely chopped green onion
In a frying pan, fry the okara over medium heat to get rid of excess moisture and make it crumbly. Add the sake and mix. Pour the yakiniku sauce and mix until it combines. Add the green onion. Add the beaten egg at the end and turn off the heat. Stir well until it softens. I put it on top of rice (for a Soboro Rice Bowl). With taco sauce and vegetables (for Taco Rice).
