Dijon Cream Sauce with A.1.

1 qt. yellow onions, finely chopped
1 cup oil
1-1/2 gal. Prepared white sauce or Alfredo sauce
2-2/3 cups A.1. Original Sauce
2-2/3 cups GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard


Saute onions in hot oil in saucepan on medium heat 2 minutes or until tender. Add white sauce, steak sauce and mustard; bring just to simmer, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Hold at 140F or above for up to 1 hour, adding milk or water as needed to maintain desired consistency.
