Chocolate Caramel Pie Recipe
Ingredients:

1 lg. pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 c. lowfat milk
3 lg. Large eggs
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. cream
Lump butter
Salt
Vanilla

Instruction:

Dissolve (heat) 1/2 c. of sugar in 1 c. lowfat milk in saucepan. Beat 3 yolks and 1 white, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 level tbsp. flour. Add in 1/2 c. cream, butter, salt. Cook till thickened, add in vanilla. Save egg whites. Prepare 1 package instant chocolate pudding (less 1/2 c. lowfat milk as per package directions). Pour on top of caramel mix in large pie shell. Egg whites can be used as meringue - optional. Cold.
