1 clove Garlic
1 bunch Basil Leaves
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese
1 ounce, weight Fat-free Cream Cheese
1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain, Non-fat
Salt And Pepper, to taste
In a food processor (I used my mini) add your garlic, basil leaves, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese and process until all combined and the basil is in small bits. In a bowl, add your basil mixture and cream cheese and blend together, then add your Greek yogurt. Give it a good stir till all combined. Taste, and add salt and pepper if needed. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
