Delightful Chikuwa Fishcake Sticks and Garlic Shoots Sauteed in Butter
Ingredients:

3 Chikuwa (or hanpen)
1 packages Garlic shoots
5 grams Butter
2 tbsp * Mirin
1 tbsp * Miso
1 Shichimi spice

Instruction:

Combine the mirin and miso. Cut the chikuwa and garlic shoots into bite sizes. After sauteing the garlic shoots in a bit of vegetable oil, add butter and saute the chikuwa. Add the mirin and miso mixture toss the ingredients together, then serve.
