Whole Grain Croutons

4 slices whole grain bread
2 tablespoons grated fresh parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon melted butter


Preheat oven to 350F . Cut crusts off breas; cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes. Finely grate cheese. Toss bread cubes with butter to coat; add cheese and toss until well combined. Spread bread cubes in a large pan (for me it comes out better when made using a stone). Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Serve!
