Germinated Brown Rice Rejuvelac

50 grams Germinated brown rice (wet)
1 liter x 3-4 Mineral water (or filtered water)


Put germinated brown rice (refer to recipe) and water in a clean container, cover, then let it sit for 24 hours at room temperature. Small bubbles will start to form, and when it starts to produce a subtle smell like the water used to rinse rice, it's ready. Strain the water into another container, and store in the refrigerator. Drink the rejuvelac within 24 hours, add 1 liter of water to the container with the germinated brown rice, then let it sit for 24 hours at room temperature to ferment.
