1 lb Italian Pork Sausage
1 16 oz. bag of medium egg noodles
3 can Pizza Sauce
1 can Sliced Mushrooms
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 3.5 oz. Package of Pepperoni or Canadian Bacon
6 cup Shredded Pizza Cheese
Brown the sausage and boil the noodles. Add sauce, mushrooms, and seasoning to the sausage. Layer 1/3 of the sauce in the bottom of a 5-6 qt. crock, followed by 1/3 of the cooked noodles. Cover with a layer of pepperoni/Canadian Bacon, then 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers twice. Cover crock and cook on high for 1.5 hours or low for 3-4 hours.
