4 trim steaks (fillet, sirloin or scotch)
1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
4 medium potatoes, peeled
1 tablespoon KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon peppercorn medley, freshly ground
Seasonal vegetables or salad, to serve
Marinate the steaks in the dressing for 1 hour or overnight. Thinly slice potatoes 5 mm apart in a downwards direction, 3/4 of the way through. Toss in oil and bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan and cook a further 15 minutes until tender and golden. Press pepper into each side of the steaks. Grill or panfry over a medium-high heat for 4 minutes each side, or until done to your liking. Serve steaks with potatoes and vegetables or salad.
