Beef Teriyaki

2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cups fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
3/4 cup teriyaki baste & glaze sauce


Prepare rice as directed on package. Cook and stir meat in oil 5 minutes. Add vegetables and sauce; cover. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring frequently. Serve over rice.
