L.S.C.A Mix

3 tbsp Linseeds
2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp Chia
1 tbsp Almonds


Grind each ingredient individually in a coffee/spice grinder. Mix everything in a sealable container and shake to mix. Store in the refridgerator. This is based on the 'liver cleansing' LSA mix with the addition of Chia. It can easily be doubled etc. Made fresh it is so much tastier than the bought mixes that can easily be rancid when purchased. Great on cereal, sprinkled on a salad, added to a smoothy...endless ways to enjoy it.
