Electric Steamer Recipes - Poached Chicken Breasts

1 cup (225 ml) chicken broth
1/2 tsp (2 ml) thyme
1/4 salt
1/8 tsp (1 ml) pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts


Fill base with water to Hi fill line. Add steaming bowl. Combine chicken broth, thyme, salt and pepper in rice bowl. Stir to mix. Add chicken breasts, with thickest pieces toward sides of bowl. Cover and steam for 34 to 37 minutes, or til done.
