*ari*/sig Chocolate Hazelnut Muffin
Ingredients:

2 1/2 cup self-raising flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 cup cocoa powder (25g)
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter ,melted (125 g)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup buttermilk (250ml)
1 cup nutella (250ml)
12 hazelnuts or use crushed hazelnuts. (optional)

Instruction:

Grease 12 hole muffin pan. Sift dry ingredients into large bowl,stir in butter,eggs and buttermilk.Spoon one third of the mix into.prepared pan,top with 1 tablesspoon of Nutella.Add a whole hazelnut in each centre or sprinkle nutella with crushed hazelnuts if using the nuts.Top with remaining muffin mixture. Bake in a moderately hot oven for about 20 minutes
