Baked Ziti

12 ounces, weight Penne
1 jar (26 Oz. Size) Pasta Sauce Or Use Homemade
1/2 pounds Cubed Mozzarella
3/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese, Divided
1 whole Egg
1 cup Part Skim Ricotta
1-23 cup Shredded Mozzarella, Divided


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Boil penne in salted water until 2 minutes shy of al dente. Strain, and place in a large bowl. Add pasta sauce, cubed mozzarella, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Place in a large casserole dish. In a small bowl, beat egg. Add ricotta, 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella, and remaining parmesan cheese. Mix together and spread evenly over top of the pasta mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup shredded mozzarella on top. Bake for 2030 minutes, or until top begins to brown.
