La Boqueria Smoked Salmon Toasts
Ingredients:

14 lb smoked salmon
1 cup creme fraiche
honey
1 sprig dill
1 baguette

Instruction:

Slice bread into 16 thin slices, drizzle with olive oil and toast in 400 F oven until crispy. Spread creme onto toast points, add a small piece of smoked salmon, drizzle with honey and garnish with a sprig of dill.
