1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes And Green Chiles
1 bag Tortilla Chips
16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (2 Bricks)
Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet until thoroughly done, breaking it up into small bits as it cooks. Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese and Ro-Tel in a sauce pot and heat over medium-low heat until the cream cheese is melted and smooth. Drain the browned sausage in a colander and add to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well. Serve warm with tortilla chips. *Note: If your crowd likes things a little spicier, you can substitute spicy breakfast sausage and/or spicy Ro-Tel.
