Bang-Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

1/2 cups Mayonnaise
5 teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce, Such As Sriracha Sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
1 cup Chopped Tomato
1 cup Chopped Avocado
13 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro, Or As Desired
1 Lime, Juiced
1 pound Medium Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoons Dried Basil
2 heads Boston Lettuce, Washed, Leaves Carefully Separated, Drained And Patted Dry
1 Lime, Zested


For the sauce: Combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl and set aside. For the relish: In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients, cover and set aside in the refrigerator. For the shrimp: Heat a non-stick grill pan or skillet to medium-high heat. Sprinkle shrimp with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and dried basil. Add shrimp into the grill pan in a single layer. Grill shrimp until opaque, about five minutes per side. For the assembly: Layer each piece of lettuce with a few shrimp, then top with some of the relish and drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with the lime zest. Wrap and enjoy! Serve warm or cold.
