French toast that goes bananas

2 slice bread
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 banana, chopped
1/4 cup unsalted butter


Make the caramel sauce first. Mix all the ingredients other than vanilla and banana in a saucepan and keep it on a medium heat, stirring it in regular intervals. After it has come to a consistency as the vanilla and stir it. After 2 monitors add the bananas in it and remove from heat. For French toast mix all the ingredients other than butter and bread in a flat bowl and beat it. Heat a flat pan on medium heat and add the butter. Now dip the bread in the mixture in such way that it is wet on both sides. Now place this bread on the heated pan n let it fry. When it is golden brown flip it and let the other side become golden brown too. Now when the bread is done serve it on a plate and top with with the caramel sauce. Voila.
