Stuffed peppers
Ingredients:

6 piece peppers (color is up to you, I use green)
1 lb ground beef
1 cup white rice
1 tsp onion powder
1 packages tomato paste

Instruction:

Cut the top off of and hollow out the peppers Mix all ingredients together and stuff peppers. Pour tomato paste into slow cooker, place peppers in sauce. Put some sauce on top of the meat for additional flavor. Cook for 6 hours on low.
