Country White Bread for Machine

water, 80-90 deg.F (1 cup plus 1 Tbsp.)
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 12 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons active dry yeast, or
1 12 teaspoons bread, machine or 1 12 teaspoons fast rise yeast


Add liquid ingredients to pan. Add dry ingredients, except yeast to pan. Tap to level. Place butter into corners. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Add yeast. Program for dough if used for Kraut Burgers.
