Swedish Meatballs

34 lb ground beef
34 lb ground veal
1 egg
1 12 cups breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
34 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
12 cup grated onion
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour


Preheat oven to 350. Place all the ingredients in a medium mixiing bowl and mix to combine. The mixture should be moist but able to rol into a meatball. Roll meatballs into a 1 inch uniform size. Place even on a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Finish under the broiler for 5 minutes or until desired crust is reached.
