Sizzling Beef & Pepper Stir-Fry

1 Tbsp. oil, divided
1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb./450 g), cut across the grain into thin slices Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
1 each orange and red pepper, cut into thin strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
4 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths


Heat 1-1/2 tsp. oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 1-1/2 min. or until done. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add peppers, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 4 to 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender. Mix dressing and soy sauce; add to skillet. Cook and stir 30 sec. or until heated through. Stir in meat and onions.
