Artichoke and Garbanzo Bean Salad
Ingredients:

1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
12 teaspoon oregano or 12 teaspoon basil
14 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
2 (10 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
12 cup pimento stuffed olive, sliced

Instruction:

In a large bowl, mix together garlic, lemon juice, oregano and pepper. Add other ingredients. Chill for several hours. Serve at room temperature.
