3 halved bananas
200 g vermicelli
3 tablespoons vegan brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 sheets spring roll wrappers (defrosted)
Soak vermicelli and set aside. Mix sugar, and cinnamon together and coat each banana half. Place vermicelli onto spring roll pastry, add 1/2 coated banana and roll as directed on the back of the pack. Deep fry/pan fry until golden. (I bake this in a hot oven (450 F or 225 C)).
