Bacon Mushroom Biscuits

1 lb fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
12 medium sweet onion, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
18 teaspoon thyme
14 teaspoon salt
12 teaspoon ground mixed peppercorns
1 12 teaspoons flour
14 cup sour cream
14 cup cream cheese
14 cup cooked crumbled bacon
1 (12 ounce) packagetexas-style home-style biscuits


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in margarine until tender, about 5 minutes. Season with thyme, salt and peppercorns. Sprinkle flour over mushroom mixture. Stir. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese and bacon. Heat just until thickened. Remove from heat. Remove biscuits from tube. Press each biscuit to 1/4-inch thickness. Place 1-1/2 teaspoons of mushroom mixture on one half of each biscuit. Fold other half of biscuit over filling and press to seal. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
