Thyme and Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients:

2 large white potatoes
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
thyme (to taste)
rosemary (to taste)

Instruction:

Heat oven to 400 degrees (200 C.). Cut potatoes into 1/2 squares. Mix potatoes, oil, thyme and rosemary in non-stick casserole pan. Cook in heated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Toss often to brown evenly.
