Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:

16 ounces coconut milk (or two portions homemade see my recipe)
1 -2 tablespoon protein powder (from goat's milk preferably)
1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon flax seed (ground)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
14 teaspoon almond extract
14 teaspoon stevia powder (or your preferred sweetener)
10 -12 ice cubes

Instruction:

Place all ingredients in a blender on high speed until well combined. You may add more or less ice, depending on how cold you like a smoothie.
