Arabian Lamb Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. oil
750 gm lean lamb, cubed
1 pkt Tomato & Vegetable soup
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. dry mint
1/4 c. natural lowfat yoghurt

Instruction:

Heat oil and brown lamb. Add in soup mix, water & mint. Simmer till lamb is tender, above 30-40mins. Mix lowfat yoghurt with 1/4 c. of the gravy, spoon over the top of the lamb and serve. Serves 4-6
