A Yogurt Salad: Tomato and Onion Raita

1 Tomato (medium)
1/2 Onion (medium)
200 grams Plain yogurt
1 handful Fresh coriander leaves
1 Salt and pepper


Cut the tomato and onion into 1 cm dice. Raw onion has a harsh flavor, so rinse it quickly in water. Put the cut up tomato and onion in a bowl. Add yogurt. Mix the yogurt, vegetables and salt and pepper together well. Add some finely chopped fresh coriander, and it's done.
