1 lb Brussels sprout
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 medium garlic cloves, pressed
sea salt and black pepper
Fill the bottom of steamer with 2 inches of water. Bring water to low boil. Cut brussels sprouts into quarters. Press garlic. Steam brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. Combine olive oil, lemon juice garlic, salt and pepper. Place hot brussels sprouts in bowl and top with dressing and toss. You can add garlic in the final 2 minutes of steaming to mellow garlic flavor.
