Cajun Shrimp

8 Tablespoons Butter
2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon Coarse Salt
1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1- 1/2 pound Deveined Shrimp (I Use A Bag Of Frozen)
1/2 loaves Sliced French Bread


Heat oven to 450. Melt butter and saute the garlic. Add Cajun spices, stir well. Add salt and pepper. Place shrimp in square baking dish and cover with Cajun butter. Toss to make sure its well distributed. Bake uncovered for 10 min. Stir and continue baking until shrimp is all pink (mine was fully cooked already so 10 minutes is enough). Serve with butter sauce and bread for dipping.
