100 grams Cake flour

30 grams Katakuriko
1 pinch Salt
45 grams Vegetable oil (canola oil)
Place a plastic bag on a scale, and add all the ingredients except the vegetable oil as you weigh them. Shake the bag to combine the ingredients. Place the plastic bag on the scale again and add the vegetable oil as you weigh. Knead the dough over the bag to bring it together. Once the dough comes together, roll it into a stick. Cut out the bag and slice the dough into 5 mm thick with a knife. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C. The fresh cookies out of the oven are very soft and fall apart easily. Let them rest as they are until they are cool.
