Baked Vidalia Onion Dip
Ingredients:

1 cup chopped vidalia onions or 1 cup other sweet onion
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
hot sauce (optional)

Instruction:

Stir together onion, cheese and mayonnaise, and if desired, garlic and hot sauce in a bowl; spoon into a 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with chips or crackers.
