Pizza-Flavored Rolled Puff Pastries

1 sheet Frozen puff pastry
1 Pizza sauce
1 or 2 slices Bacon
1 Parmesan cheese


Remove the pastry from the freezer and defrost. Finely chop the bacon. Roll the pastry out to 2 mm thick, coat with pizza sauce, and top with bacon and cheese. Leave 1-2 cm unrolled at each end. Roll from the front. Moisten and stick the ends with water. Slice into 1 cm rings. The filling might come out a little, or they may lose their shape, but don't worry. Bake for 18 minutes at 180 degrees C, and they're done. See? Once baked, they are nice and round.
