Thyme Pork Chops & Gravy Recipe
Ingredients:

8 pork chops
3 tbsp. veg. oil
Salt
Pepper
1 med. onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon grnd thyme
6 tbsp. cool water
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. snipped chives
2 c. chicken broth

Instruction:

Brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Remove from heat; season with salt and pepper, and set aside. Add in onions to drippings and cook till tender. Add in broth, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pork chops to skillet. Cover and simmer 35 to 40 min. Makes 8 servings.
