Hot Open-Faced Sandwiches

4 slices Rye Bread, Buttered On One Side
1 slice Deli Ham Or Turkey (if Thin Sliced, You May Want To Layer On A Few)
1 slice Cheese (Any Kind Of Cheese - We Like American Or Swiss)
8 spears Frozen, Slightly Cooked, Broccoli
3/4 cups Mayonnaise
13 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded Or Grated
1 teaspoon Prepared Yellow Mustard (or To Taste. I Add A Little More.)
1/2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Chopped Green Onions


Put rye bread slices, buttered side up, on a shallow rimmed baking sheet. Top each with meat, cheese slice and 2 broccoli spears. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mustard and lemon juice, together. Spread evenly on top of sandwiches. Sprinkle with green onion. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
