Quick Vegetable Soup

1 teaspoon Butter
10 whole Baby Carrots, Rough Chopped
2 whole Celery Stalks, Rough Chopped
1/2 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped
2 cups Vegetable Broth
1/4 teaspoons Chili-garlic Sauce, Or To Taste
3 Tablespoons Orzo


Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. Then add veggies and saute 5 minutes, until carrots and celery are crisp-tender and onions are translucent. Stir in broth and chili garlic sauce and bring to a boil. Add orzo and cook until al dente (about 9 minutes). Salt to taste. Note: This doesnt store well, because the pasta soaks up all of the broth. Its best to make this right before eating.
