Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients:

1 pound pasta, fettuccine
1/2 cup butter
1 cup light cream (half&half)
3/4 cups parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
3/4 cups cheddar cheese grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instruction:

Cook fettuccine according to directions. Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add remaining ingredients and cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove when hot, but do not boil. Toss in noodles.
