1 lb ground beef
12 lb wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 large onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 -2 garlic clove, minced
14 lb mushroom, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 (12 ounce) can corn, undrained
10 12 ounces condensed tomato soup
12 cup milk
1 12 teaspoons salt
12 teaspoon pepper
12 lb cheddar cheese, shredded


Brown the beef and drain the fat.In a 9x13 baking add the cooked noodles and ground beef; set aside. In the same skillet saute the onion, celery, garlic, and mushrooms in the butter until onion is tender. Add this mixture to the noodles and beef. Stir in the corn, tomato soup, milk, salt and pepper until well mixed. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar Cheese on top. Bake uncovered in a perheated oven at 400F for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Serve.
