Pasta Capri
Ingredients:

2 cups whole wheat penne
14 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
5 tomatoes, cored and roughly chopped
12 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
12 teaspoon salt
13 cup fresh basil

Instruction:

Mix the mozzarella, olive oil, chopped tomatoes, pepper and salt. Cook pasta according to directions. Mix sauce and pasta. Add fresh basil. Serve.
