Arugula and Egg Muscle Salad
Ingredients:

2 cups baby arugula
14 cup dried tart cherry
12 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 ounce goat cheese, crumbled
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing (Simple Honey Mustard Salad Dressing or use Newman's Own Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing)

Instruction:

Toss together arugula, cherries, and bell pepper strips; top with cheese and sliced eggs. Drizzle with dressing.
