Alsatian Stuffing (For A 5 To 6 Lb Goose) Recipe

3/4 lb Bulk sausage
1/4 lb Ham grnd
1/4 lb Tongue grnd Gizzard, heart, and liver from goose grnd
2 sm White onions minced
1/2 c. Chopped celery
1/4 tsp Grated nutmeg Salt to taste Freshly-cracked pepper to taste


Blend all together seasoning to taste.
