Hearty Breakfast Skillet

8 ounces, weight Bulk Pork Sausage
2 cups Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
10 ounces, weight Rotel Tomatoes And Green Chilies, Drained
8 ounces, weight Velveeta, Cut
6 whole Eggs


Brown sausage in a large skillet. Drain. Add hash browns and tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes. Top with Velveeta. Beat eggs and 2 tablespoons water with a wire whisk in a medium bowl. Pour evenly over the ingredients in the skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until egg mixture is set in the center and Velveeta is melted. Uncover, let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
