Creamy Chicken & Pesto Cavatappi

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup sliced cremini mushrooms
1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Creamy Pesto Cooking Creme
2 cups hot cooked cavatappi
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese


Cook chicken and mushrooms in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Add cooking creme; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in pasta and tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
