Marinated Flank Steak

4 garlic cloves, minced (about 2 tsp)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Heinz Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
12 teaspoon ground mustard
12 teaspoon ground black pepper
12 teaspoon dried oregano
2 lbs flank steaks


Combine all ingredients in large zip top bag. Seal tightly, pressing out as much air as possible. Refrigerate and let marinate over night (or at least 6 hours). Preheat broiler, or set up outdoor grill for high direct heat. Wrap broiler pan in foil and poke holes to let juices drain. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Broil or grill 4-6 minutes per side (4 for medium rare, 6 for medium). Slice thinly across the grain to serve.
