15 grams potato starch
50 ml water
50 grams mochiko
1 grams sugar


Sift dry ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl Add water and mix until smooth. Place in microwave on high for 30 seconds. Check every 10 seconds for fondness. When mixture is Flour parchment paper with potato starch, mochiko, or cornstarch. Carefully place dough on parchment, coat lightly with starch and roll into a tube. Cut into desired sizes and shape into balls. Put onto skewers if desired. Options: add food color to mixture before microwaving and dividing into equal portions in separate bowls.
