Raisin Spiced Ham Steak

1 pound ham steak lean, ready-to-eat
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup pineapple juice unsweetened
2 tablespoons raisins, seedless


Brown and heat ham steak in a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Remove steak to heated platter. Combine remaining ingredients and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is reduced to a few tablespoons. Pour over ham steak.
